Affiliated Laboratory Incorporated (ALI), a subsidiary of Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems (EMHS), provides laboratory services to Eastern Maine Medical Center. ALI is a regional reference lab providing a full range of testing services using advanced instrumentation to perform assays with accuracy, precision and efficiency. ALI has a 24-hour client services center to answer questions, facilitate requests, and address concerns. 

In addition, ALI owns one of the largest genetics testing laboratories in New England and the only cytogenetics laboratory in Maine.
